Veena gets many requests to teach Indian cooking to small and large groups. She absolutely loves teaching people how to cook Indian food at home and has worked with small groups of four to large groups of twenty. She has also helped nonprofits organize Taste of India events as fundraisers.
We usually cook 2 entrees, 2 sides and a simple dessert in a 3 hour class. Veena sources fresh organic ingredients locally. You get printed recipes, a feast for 4-6 people that typically includes wine as well as leftovers. Some of the most popular dish requests include Saag Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan, Chicken Biryani, and Chai.
