Eggs, hard boiled, and simmered in a sauce of warming spices, onions and tomatoes with an easy to use recipe. Make something with eggs you might never have thought of before! There are various versions throughout India but we chose a North Indian version that uses a basic method for making the sauce.

Dietary Notes: Ovo-vegetarian, Recipe includes coconut milk but it is possible to eliminate this ingredient. Gluten free
