Eggs, hard boiled, and simmered in a sauce of warming spices, onions and tomatoes with an easy to use recipe. Make something with eggs you might never have thought of before! There are various versions throughout India but we chose a North Indian version that uses a basic method for making the sauce.

This is something I don’t get to eat in the restaurant, even in the Indian restaurant. Therefore, I order more of these packets. So that I can cook it when I invite friends, and enjoy the excellent taste of it. I recently learned that tomatoes and onion seasoned in oil help breakdown fat and so does egg. Thanks for introducing this product.
