Granted we are a bit biased, but we think if you like Vindaloo at Indian restaurants, you'll LOVE what you can cook at home using this kit! In this spicy dish, meat is marinated overnight with a myriad of roasted and ground spices, vinegar, and garlic and stewed to perfection with diced onion. This dish is traditionally made with pork but chicken and lamb make great alternatives. In fact we like it best with lamb! If you do prefer pork, make sure to get a cut with more fat for best results.
